The BeWell Project, in which BioMed Alliance is a partner, has launched a public consultation to gather input on its European Skills Strategy for the health and care workforce. The aim is to shape a shared European vision to equip health professionals with the digital and green skills needed to meet current and future healthcare challenges.
The consultation is open to a broad range of stakeholders, including policymakers, healthcare professionals, educators, trainers, managers, and patient organisation representatives. It takes approximately 10-12 minutes to complete and is available in multiple EU languages.
The feedback will help ensure the final strategy addresses the real needs of the workforce and contributes to a resilient, future-ready health system. A final version, incorporating consultation input and findings from BeWell’s pilot activities, is expected in June 2026.
